Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vybalancování montážní linky ve vybrané společnosti. Obsahem teoretické části je popis průmyslového inženýrství, štíhlé výroby, plýtvání, ergonomie práce a standardizace. Tato teoretická část slouží jako podklad pro část praktickou. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the balancing of assembly lines in the selected company. The theoretical part is a description of the concepts industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, waste, ergonomics and standardization.
