Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Performance of Multinational Company” is to analyze the performance evaluation method of an MNC and its subsidiary in multinational enterprise. The first part is concentrated on specifics of multinational enterprises and performance. These terms are subsequently synthesized in an overview of subsidiary performance evaluation. The second part contains an analysis and assessment of performance evaluation system of chosen company. It also includes a suggestion how to improve the currently used method with the help of alternative evaluation system methodology, which can be a real improvement to the current system according to analysis.
