Innovation of the Human Resources Organization of the High-tech Sector in the Ústí Region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problémem inovací organizace lidského kapitálu. Cílem práce je zjistit míru využívání nástrojů v organizačním procesu podniků a srovnání s výsledky studií, které se jednotlivými fázemi životních cyklů zabývaly. Následuje doporučení, kterým nástrojům by měly podniky věnovat pozornost a zlepšit jejich užívání, které nástroje by měly omezit, nebo nadále nevyužívat, či zvážit jejich užití. Součástí práce byla i analýza inovačních aktivit v ČR a jejich překážek, která vychází hlavně ze sekundárních dat z Českého statistického úřadu. Primární data průzkumu byla získána prostřednictvím online dotazníkového šetření, které bylo cíleno na 161 personálních manažerů firem v high-tech sektoru v Ústeckém kraji. V primárních datech se hledala závislost mezi používanými nástroji a obecných parametrů podniku prostřednictvím neparametrického Kruskal-Wallisova testu. Výsledky práce odhalily existující závislost na druhu odvětví v high-tech sektoru a míře a typu užívání některých organizačních metod. K dosažení adekvátních a schopných pracovníků v dlouhodobém horizontu, je zapotřebí zlepšit náborovou fázi, ve které byly zaznamenány největší nedostatky u dotazovaných firem.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis take a look on the problem of innovation of human capital organization. The aim of this work is to find out the use of tools in the organizational process of companies, compare them with the results of studies, which deal with individual phases of life cycles and follow-up recommendations, which tools should companies pay attention to and improve their use and which should reduce or continue to use, or consider using them. The thesis also included an analysis of innovation activities in the Czech Republic and their obstacles, which is based primarily on secondary data of the Czech Statistical Office. Data from the primary survey were obtained through an on-line questionnaire survey focused on 161 personnel managers of companies in the high-tech sector of the Ústí Region. In the primary data, the dependence between the instruments used and the general parameters of the company was sought using the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of the thesis showed the existing dependence on the type of industry in the high-tech sector and the degree and type of use of some organizational methods. In order to get the best possible skilled workers in the long term, the recruitment phase needs to be improved, with the largest lacks detected in the surveyed companies.
