Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou obecních úřadů a jejich postavením ve státní správě. V úvodu popisuji základní informace o obcích, typy obcí a jejich orgány. Také se zde věnuji působnosti obecních úřadů. V další části vymezuji nejen zákon o hmotné nouzi, ale též základní pojmy týkající se pomoci v hmotné nouzi, jejíž agenda byla z obcí převedena na Úřad práce České republiky. V poslední …more

In my bachelor’s work, I focus on the issue of municipalities and their position in the Civil Service. I give basic information about municipalities, its types and their bodies in the introduction of the work.
