Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců, pro jejíž praktické zpracování a zkoumání byla vybrána společnost KFC. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů z oblasti zkoumaného tématu. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of employee training and development, for which the company KFC was chosen for practical processing and research.
