Preparation and implementation of business projekt Icerolls

Abstract:

diplomová práce pojednává o podnikatelském plánu Icerolls, v němž jsou definovány jeho náležitosti a cíle, pro které je vypracován, za účelem realizace podnikatelského projektu Icerolls. Samostatná práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace, struktura, obsah a principy sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Dále je popsána problematika výběru právní formy podnikání. Teoretické poznatky a metody jsou dále využity při zpracování konkrétního podnikatelského plánu Icerolls, který tvoří analytickou část. Díky ní bylo zjištěno, že je tento projekt realizovatelný a že má šanci na trhu uspět.

Abstract:

thesis discusses the business plan Icerolls defining its requirements and objectives for which it is prepared for, in order to implement the business project Icerolls. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic information, structure, contents and principles of writing a business plan. It also describes the issue of choosing a legal form of a business. Theoretical knowledge and methods are further used in processing of the specific business plan Icerolls, which forms the analytical part. Thanks to it, we discovered that this project is feasible and that it has a chance to be successful on the market.
