Tématem této bakalářské práce je stavební řízení. Popisuje současný právní stav stavebního a územního řízení. První část práce se zabývá vybranými pojmy, které jsou důležité pro pochopení celé problematiky. Práce také obsahuje kapitolu o stavebních úřadech, kde se popisují jednotlivé druhy stavebních úřadů. The topic of this bachelor thesis is construction proceeding. It describes the cur-rent legal status of construction and planning proceedings. The first part of the thesis deals with selected concepts that are important for understanding the whole issue.
