Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je organizace soudnictví v habsburské monarchii v letech 1848 - 1918. Naleznete zde nejen, jednotlivé typy soudů, které v této době byly zřizovány, ale také soudní osoby, organizaci soudnictví jako takovou - čili, kolika instanční byla soudní soustava, kdo se kam mohl odvolat, jaký soud řešil jaké případy atd.
Abstract:
The theme of this work is the organization of the judiciary in the Habsburg Monarchy in the years 1848 - 1918. Here aren´t only different types of courts, which at this time were established, as well as legal persons, such as the administration of justice - that is, how many instance have the judicial system, who's nowhere to appeal court, which court dealt with specific cases, etc.
