Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o druzích obchodních závazkových vztahů dle české právní úpravy, část práce je věnována i ochraně nepodnikatele v těchto vztazích a také nově připravované kodifikaci soukromého práva. Práce taktéž obsahuje pojednání o historii úpravy obchodních závazkových vztahů na území Česka a srovnání české úpravy a úpravy Spolkové republiky Německo.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with types of commercial obligations in the Czech Commercial Code, part of it is devoted to the protection of consumer and persons, that are not enterpreneur, in those obligations. New codification of czech private law, as far as commercial obligations are concerned, is also described, as well as historical context of commercial obligations.
