Quality of life in relation with personal characteristic of long – term unemployed people with disabilities

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných jedinců se zdravotním postižením. Cílem mého výzkumu je prozkoumání vztahu jednotlivých dimenzí kvality života podle Světové zdravotnické organizace a osobnostních charakteristik v pojetí teorie Big Five, pomocí dotazníků WHOQOL – BREF a NEO – FFI. V první části práce vysvětluji teoretická východiska dané problematiky a uvádím některé výzkumy, které se podobnými tématy v minulosti zabývaly. Druhá část práce se věnuje výzkumné otázce. Obsahuje stanovené hypotézy, popis výzkumného souboru a realizaci celého výzkumu.

Abstract:

In this thesis I focus on the topic of long-term unemployed people with disabilities. The aim of my research is to explore the relationship between the various aspects of quality of life as defined by the World Health Organization and personal characteristics as conceived by the Big Five theory, using WHOQOL - BREF and NEO – FFI questionnaires. In the first part of the work I explain the theory behind this topic and describe some research that has been performed on similar topics in the past. The second part is devoted to the research question. It contains set hypotheses, a description of the research set and the implementation of the research as a whole.
