Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou trhu s byty a problematikou tvorby cenových map bytů. Práce je rozčleněna do pěti hlavních kapitol. Úvodní kapitola je věnována popisu základních pojmů spojených s trhem nemovitostí.
