Financing of non for Profit Organizations

Abstract:

Neziskové organizace představují v ekonomii široký pojem. Nachází se ve veřejném sektoru státním i nestátním, přičemž mezi nimi dochází k úzkým vazbám a interakcím. Obsahem bakalářské práce je přiblížení pojmu neziskové organizace a vysvětlit jejich základní dělení. Mezi jednu z nejdůležitějších částí práce patří pohled na problematiku financování neziskových organizací a různé možnosti získávání finančních zdrojů ať už různými druhy příspěvků, vlastní činností či dotacemi od státu a jiných organizačních složek. Nemalou účast na chodu neziskových organizací mají dobrovolníci a dárci, kteří svou službu nebo peněžní prostředky poskytují s dobrým úmyslem pomoci osobám, které by ze zdravotních, sociálních, kulturních apod. důvodů nemohli vést plnohodnotný život nebo neuskutečnili svá přání. Jednou z nejčastěji se vyskytujících organizací s nejdéle trvající historií je církev a náboženské skupiny. Na tento typ neziskové nestátní organizace se zaměřuji především v praktické části práce a to prostřednictvím Farní charity, která působí v Roudnici nad Labem pod záštitou Arcidiecéze pražské.

Abstract:

Non-profit organizations represent a broad concept in economics. The organizations are located in both the public sector and non-nationals, while there are close linkages and interactions between them. The subject of the bachelor thesis is to approach the concept of non-profit organizations and explain their basic division. One of the most important parts of the thesis includes the view of the financing of non-profit organizations and the various options for obtaining financial resources, whether through different types of contributions, through own activities or subsidies from the state and other organizational components. A considerable part in the operation of non-profit organizations is played by volunteers and donors who provide their services or funds in good faith to help people who cannot lead full lives and realize their wishes because of health, social, cultural, and other reasons. One of the most frequently occurring organizations with the longest continuous history is the Church and other religious groups. The practical part of the thesis is focused primarily on this type of non-profit non-governmental organization, through the parish charity, which operates in Roudnice nad Labem under the auspices of the Prague archdiocese.
