Strategic analysis of non-profit organization environment

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou prostředí neziskové organizace (vzdělávací instituce). Bakalářská práce je rozdělená do čtyř kapitol, úvodu a závěru. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis základních poznatků z oblasti neziskových organizaci, fungování vzdělávacích instituci, shodách a odlišnostech v provedení analýzy na neziskové organizaci, provedení a metodách strategické analýzy prostředí neziskových organizací. Metodologie práce znázorňuje postupy při zpracování analýzy, zejména popisuje metody při analýze SWOT, TOWS, SNW, při komparaci výsledků a stanovuje podmínky, cíle a hypotézy, kterých se má v praktické části dodržet, docílit, potvrdit či vyvrátit. Praktická část práce se vyznačuje komplexem postupů a metod zmíněných v metodologii práce. Použitím dotazníkového šetření, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzy dokumentů, webových stránek bylo dosaženo cíle práce.

Abstract:

This work deals with the strategic analysis of the environment non-profit organization (educational institution). Bachelor thesis is divided into four chapters, introduction and conclusion. The theoretical section focuses on the description of the basic knowledge in the field of non-profit organizations, the functioning of the educational institution, the similarities and differences in the implementation of the stretegic analysis on the non-profit organization, execution and methods of strategic analysis environment of non-profit organizations. The methodology of the work illustrates procedures in the processing of the analysis, in particular, describes the methods in the analysis of SWOT, TOWS, SNW, in the comparison of the results and sets the conditions, objectives and hypotheses, which has in the practical part to be observe, achieve, confirm or refute. The practical part of the work is characterized by complex procedures and methods mentioned in the methodology of the work. Using a questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews and analysis of documents, web pages were achieved goals of the work.
