Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu na založení nového podniku. Fáze vytvoření podnikatelského plánu je nezbytná pro utřídění si informací a představ, cílů a způsobů jejich dosažení. Tento dokument je vhodnou pomůckou k realizaci podnikatelského záměru nejen na začátku podnikání, ale také v jeho průběhu. Obsahuje několik stěžejních oblastí, například marketing, financování, plánování, obchod a jiné. Důležitým krokem je vypracování SWOT analýzy, Porterovy analýzy a STEEP analýzy, poznání trhu, na který podnik vstupuje a vypracování finančního plánu. Stát se podnikatelem nese určitá rizika, která by se měla objektivně posuzovat ještě před začátkem podnikání, a tím se jich v budoucnu vyvarovat. Je důležité si ale uvědomit, že situace na trhu, v politice, ekonomice atd. se neustále mění, proto podnikatel musí umět reagovat na změny.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis illustrates the creation of business plan for establishing a new company. Part of the creation of business plan is necessary for sorting out the information and ideas, objectives and ways of their achievement. This document is a convenient tool to realization of business project not only in the beginning but also during its life. It consists of several main parts, for example marketing, finance, planning, business and others. The important step is the creation of SWOT analysis, Porter´s analysis and STEEP analysis, also the knowledge of the market which we enter to and the creation of the financial plan. To become a businessman takes some risks which should be objectively assessed before the start of business and thus to avoid them in the future. It is important to realize that the situation of market, politics, economy etc. is still changing, that´s why the businessman has to be able to respond to the changes.
