Tématem předložené práce je analýza nastavení ochrany spotřebitele v energetice v České republice a Velké Británii, a následná komparace daného modelu k příslušnému nastavení sociální politiky. Autor vychází z předpokladu, že vyspělé země disponují sociální politikou a ochranou spotřebitele, a zároveň, že sociální blahobyt a spotřebu energie vnímají jako veřejný zájem. This thesis aims to provide an analysis of energy consumer protection in the Czech Republic and Great Britain and then to compare the results to the relevant social policy. Author presumes that developer countries apply social policies, and aim to protect consumers.
