Obsahem práce je analýza současného stavu konkrétní zlínské společnosti vzhledem k plnění požadavků normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. Hlavní zaměření je na změny, kterými norma prošla. The content of the thesis is an analysis of the current state of a concrete company due to meeting the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard. The focus is on the changes the norm has gone through.
