Ústředním tématem práce je nabídková cena ve veřejných zakázkách. Text reflektuje současný vývoj se zaměřením na mimořádně nízkou a zápornou nabídkovou cenu a klade si otázku, zda je záporná cena nutně podmnožinou mimořádně nízké nabídkové ceny. Tender price in public contracts is the central theme of the thesis. The text reflects current development and aims attention to the abnormally low and negative tender price.
