Causes of the transition of pupils from a regular elementary school to a primary school and a practical school in Pardubice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá příčinami přechodu žáků 1. stupně z běžné ZŠ na ZŠ a Praktickou školu v Pardubicích, zřízenou dle § 16 odst. 9 školského zákona. Zkoumá, jaké faktory ovlivňují neúspěšnost těchto žáků a jaké jsou příčiny selhávání. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část byla rozdělena na tři kapitoly. V první je prezentován pojem inkluzivní vzdělávání. V druhé kapitole se práce věnovala charakteristice současného vzdělávání a jeho systému v ČR. Třetí kapitola pojednává o příčinách školní neúspěšnosti a možných bariérách ve vzdělávání, jež s nimi souvisejí. Jsou zde vysvětlena a popsána jednotlivá intelektová postižení. Teorie této problematiky vychází ze studia základních dostupných informací z odborné literatury. Cílem práce je objasnit příčiny přechodu žáků z 1. stupně základní školy do tříd zřízených dle § 16 a poukázat na faktory ovlivňující selhávání ve vzdělání. Praktická část obsahuje šetření, které bylo provedeno formou rozhovoru s jednotlivými žáky s následným zpracováním výsledků šetření. Tímto tématem se autorka zabývala v rámci výuky v předmětu Bakalářský seminář II.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the causes of the transition of pupils of the 1st grade from a regular primary school to a primary school and a practical school in Pardubice established according to § 16 par. 9 of the Education Act. What factors influence the failure of these pupils and what are the causes of failure. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part was divided into three chapters. In the first part, the concept of inclusive education is presented. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of contemporary education and its system in the Czech Republic. The third chapter deals with the causes of school failure, which appear to be barriers in education. Individual intellectual disabilities are explained and described. The theory of this issue is based on the study of basic available information from professional literature. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the causes of the transition of pupils from the 1st stage of primary school to classes established according to § 16 and to point out the factors influencing educational failure. The practical part contains a survey, which was carried out in the form of an interview with individual pupils with the subsequent processing of the results of the survey. The author dealt with this topic in the course Bachelor Seminar II.
