Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou potravinové bezpečnosti na municipální úrovni během nouzového stavu. Cílem práce je přitom analýza a identifikace faktorů, které potravinovou bezpečnost ovlivňují jak na celostátní úrovni, tak se zaměřením na úroveň municipální v podobě města Uherské Hradiště.
