Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje především na kreativitu a její uplatnění v managementu služeb. Také se zabývá znaky kreativní osobnosti navazující na firmu PuzzleSalads a její kreativní zaměstnance pro jejich růst a otevření možností jejich nápadů. The diploma thesis focuses mainly on creativity and its application in service management.
