Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce se hlouběji věnuje legislativnímu vymezení problematiky migrace, zahrnující nadnárodní právní normy a právní předpisy týkající se migrace v rámci České republiky. V práci jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a zkratky, včetně definice migrace a jejího rozdělení podle různých kritérií. Bakalářská práce se zabývá podrobným rozborem bezpečnostních hrozeb spojených s migrací, včetně analýzy organizovaného zločinu, terorismu a problematiky nelegálního překračování hranic. Rovněž jsou v teoretické části práce uvedeny výzvy, s nimiž se migrace potýká, jako jsou socio-kulturní, infrastrukturní a ekonomické aspekty. V praktické části bakalářské práce je použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, která zahrnuje analýzu dotazníků, na něž odpovídají odborníci na danou problematiku. Experti jsou vybíráni s cílem získat relevantní a odborné pohledy na téma migrace a případné související bezpečnostní hrozby a výzvy. Dotazníky jsou důkladně analyzovány s účelem získání hlubšího porozumění problematice a přispění k celkovému poznání tématu. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje navržená opatření, která by mohla efektivněji řešit dopady migrace a přispět k celkovému zlepšení situace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis delves deeper into the legislative definition of migration issues, including international legal norms and regulations related to migration within the Czech Republic. The work explains basic terms and abbreviations, including the definition of migration and its categorization according to various criteria. The bachelor thesis undertakes a detailed analysis of security threats associated with migration, including the analysis of organized crime, terrorism, and the issue of illegal border crossings. Challenges faced by migration, such as socio-cultural, infrastructural, and economic aspects, are also outlined in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, a qualitative research method is employed, involving the analysis of questionnaires answered by experts in the field. Experts are selected to provide relevant and professional insights into the topic of migration and any related security threats and challenges. The questionnaires are thoroughly analyzed to gain a deeper understanding of the issues and contribute to the overall knowledge of the topic. The concluding section of the thesis contains proposed measures that could more effectively address the impacts of migration and contribute to overall improvement of the situation.
