Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Karuselových obchodů u daně z přidané hodnoty. Karuselové podvody úzce souvisí s daní z přidané hodnoty, proto je první kapitola zaměřena na charakteristiku této daně a její konstrukční prvky. Dále si přiblížíme daňové úniky. This thesis deals with the problems of carousel frauds on the value added tax. Carousel fraud is closely related to value added tax, therefore, it is the first chapter focuses on the characteristics of the tax and its components. Further is description the tax evasion.
