Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se autorka zabývá problematikou narušení bezpečnosti informací v informačních systémech, kybernetickými útoky související s krádežemi dat a jejich právními postihy. Hlavním cílem této práce byla analýza hackerských útoků a navrhnutí preventivních opatření proti nim. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je rozebrána problematika kybernetických útoků a protiopatření vedoucí k eliminaci, včetně problematiky bezpečnostní politiky. Praktická část popisuje tři případové studie kybernetických útoků a poukazuje na základní problémy související s kybernetickou bezpečností v praxi.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis the author approaches the issue of data breaches in information systems, cyberattacks involving the theft of data and the associated legal repercussions. The primary goal of this thesis is the analysis of cyberattacks and the suggestion of countermeasures against them. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the issue of cyberattacks is analyzed along with the measures applied to eliminate them, including cybersecurity policies. The practical part of the thesis contains three case studies of cyberattacks and showcases common cybersecurity problems in practice.
