The course and purpose of a bankruptcy proceeding. The specification of possible disputes raised by bankruptcy proceedings and connected disputes. Practical steps to be taken by a creditor at claiming oneś rights at a bankruptcy proceeding and the bankruptcy creditorś defence possibilities in a case that the reported claim was denyed
