Vliv lázeňské léčby na ventilační parametry a kineziologické ukazatele u dětí předškolního věku s bronchiálním astmatem

Influence of Spa Treatment on Ventilation Parameters and Kinesiologic Indicators of Preschool/Age Children with Bronchial Asthma

Abstract:

Asthma bronchiale je onemocnění, které se může vyskytovat u dětí i dospělých. Jeho prevalence stoupá a první začátky astmatu se u dětí stále posunují do nižších věkových skupin. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit vliv komplexní lázeňské léčby na změnu rozvíjení hrudníku v oblasti mezosternale a xifosternale a zhodnotit vliv na vybrané kineziologické ukazatele u dětí předškolního věku. Bylo provedeno vstupní a výstupní vyšetření. Ve výzkumné části byly odebrané údaje porovnávány s kontrolním souborem zdravých dětí stejné věkové kategorie a souborem tvořeným dětmi z denního rehabilitačního stacionáře s asthma bronchiale stejné věkové kategorie. Ve výzkumném souboru bylo měřeno 15 dětí, z toho 5 chlapců a 10 děvčat. Soubor denního rehabilitačního stacionáře tvořilo 5 chlapců a 10 děvčat. V kontrolní skupině bylo vyšetřeno 40 dětí, z toho 20 chlapců a 20 děvčat. Z výsledků vyšetření lze usuzovat pozitivní vliv komplexní lázeňské léčby na rozvíjení hrudníku a zvýšení svalové síly u dětí s asthma bronchiale. Ve výsledných hodnotách rozvíjení hrudníku v oblasti mezosternale i xifosternale bylo zjištěno, že chlapci ze skupiny podstupující lázeňskou léčbu dosáhli parametrů kontrolního souboru i souboru dětí z denního rehabilitačního stacionáře. Děvčata stejného souboru předčila hodnoty kontrolního souboru a i souboru dětí z denního rehabilitačního stacionáře. Po třítýdenní terapii došlo ke zvýšení svalové síly břišních svalů u děvčat i chlapců s asthma bronchiale. Z pozorovaných hodnot lze tedy usuzovat pozitivní vliv komplexní lázeňské terapie na zlepšení dechových pohybů již po třech týdnech

Abstract:

Asthma bronchiale is a disease which can occur both in children and adults. Its prevalence is growing, and the first starts of asthma in children keep shifting to the lower age groups. The aim of this Thesis was to evaluate the influence on the complex spa treatment on the change of the chest development in the level of mesosternale and xifosternale, and to evaluate the influence on the selected kinesiologic indicators of preschool-age children. We executed entrance and exit examinations. Within the experimental part the data taken were compared with the check unit of the healthy children of the same age category and the unit made up by the children from the daily rehabilitation hospital with asthma bronchiale of the same age category. Within the experimental unit 15 children (5 boys, 10 girls) were measured. The unit of daily rehabilitation hospital was made up by 5 boys and 10 girls. Within the check group 40 children (20 boys, 20 girls) were examined. The examination results show the positive influence of the complex spa treatment on the chest development and increase of the muscular strength in children with asthma bronchiale. In the resultatnt values of the chest development , in the level of mesosternale and xiphosternale, it was identified that the boys undergoing the spa treatment reached the parameters of both the check unit and the unit of children from the daily rehabilitation hospital. The girls of the same unit exceeded the values of both the check unit and the unit of children from the dailzrehabilitation hospital. After the three-week therapy it came to the rise in the muscular strength of the abdominal muscles both in girls and boys with bronchial asthma. Thus, from the values observed, it is possible to presume the positive influence of the complex spa therapy on the improvement of the breath movements even after three weeks
