Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with Hippies as a social movement in the USA which took place in the end of 60s and in the beginning of 70s of twentieth century. The thesis tries to describe to readers history of this world- famous movement, its culture and life of Hippies themselves. Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním hnutím Hippies v USA, které probíhalo na konci 60. a začátku 70. let 20. století. Práce se snaží přiblížit čtenářům historii tohoto světoznámého hnutí, jeho kulturu a život samotných Hippies. V závěru této práce je zhodnocena důležitost a význam vlasů v tomto hnutí.
