Abstract:

V diplomové práci byla identifikována osobnost pubescentního a adolescentního jedince, typické znaky jeho prožívání, období hledání vlastní identity a konfliktů z toho vyplývajících. Byla připomenuta rizika ovlivňující jeho vývoj, a která souvisí s rodinným a školním prostředím. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsány nejužívanější návykové látky dospívajícími dětmi a projevy drogové závislosti. Třetí kapitola je soustředěna na možnosti prevence a intervence ze strany státních i nestátních institucí a organizací, které se zabývají poruchami chování. Podstatná část této kapitoly je věnována konkrétním léčebně-výchovným oddělením ústavů a komunitním sdružením určeným klientům se závislostí. Výzkum je postaven na polostrukturovaném rozhovoru s matkou a dcerou, jeho analýze a doplněném informacemi z odborných zpráv a pozorování. Závěry šetření přináší subjektivní zjištění, že drogová intervence je stále spíše záležitostí lékařskou a sociální nežli etopedickou.

Abstract:

My thesis describes the personality of the pubescent and adolescent individual, typical characteristics of how he experiences life as well as the phase of looking for the own identity and the conflicts this brings. The work also takes into account the risks, connected to the family and school environment, influencing the individual’s development. The second chapter deals with those drugs, most commonly used by growing up youngsters and describes the signs of drug addiction. The third chapter is focused on the possibilities of prevention as well as intervention by state and non-governmental institutions and organisations, dealing with behavioural disorders. A significant part of this chapter is dedicated to specific internal care departments of institutions as well as to community organisations working with drug addicts. The research is based on a semi-structured interview with a mother and her daughter, analysis of the interview and completed with information from specialist reports as well as from observations. The closing of the work brings the subjective conclusion that working with drug addicts is still to a larger extend a medical and social matter, than an ethopedical matter.
