Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je vymezit zvláštní orgány obcí a krajů a dále podrobněji rozebrat vybrané zvláštní orgány předmětných územních samosprávných celků. V prvních kapitole této práce nejsou opomenuty základní pojmy, které se zadaným tématem bezprostřední souvisí. Další kapitoly jsou pak rozděleny podle věcného zaměření jednotlivých zákonů, na základě kterých lze předmětné zvláštní orgány konstituovat …more
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to define the special authorities of municipalities and regions and further discuss selected special organs of the local government units. In the first chapter of this work are not forgotten the basic terms that are given topic directly related. Next chapters are divided by the physical focus of those laws, on the basis of which they can be set up special authorities.
