Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá mírou stresu, jeho zvládáním a problematikou všeobecných vojenských sester při zahraničních operacích. Sběr potřebných dat proběhl pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Teoretická část se zabývá prací všeobecné a vojenské sestry, stresem a jeho zvládáním, historií a legislativou. Průzkumná část proběhla kvantitativní metodou (dotazníkovým šetřením). This bachelor's thesis deals with the level of stress, its management and the issue of general military nurses during foreign operations.
