Abstract:
V této bakalářské se věnujeme stanovení fytoestrogenů v komerčně dostupných vzorcích mléka metodou vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí. Fytoestrogeny jsou látky rostlinného původu schopné interagovat s estrogenními receptory u živočichů. Tyto látky mohou být přítomné v krmivu nebo vznikat z rostlinných prekurzorů v trávicím traktu dojnic a dostávat se do mléka. V rámci této …more

In this thesis, we deal with the determination of phytoestrogens in commercially available milk samples by means of high performance liquid chromatography with mass detection. Phytoestrogens are substances of plant origin able of interacting with estrogenic receptors in animals.
