Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou porozvodového uspořádání rodiny. Podrobněji je teoretická část zaměřena na střídavou výchovu jako jednu z možností uspořádání rodiny po rozvodu. Zabývá se předpoklady pro volbu střídavé výchovy, právy nezletilých dětí a vlivu úrovně vývoje dítěte na vhodnost střídavé výchovy. The thesis deals with the organization of the post-divorce family. In more detail the theoretical part focuses on alternate custody as one way of family arrangement after divorce. It deals with the preconditions for selecting alternate custody, the rights of children and the effects of child´s level of development to the convenience of alternate custody.
