Manipulation games in relationship and communication

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Manipulační hry ve vztahu a komunikaci se zabývá problematikou her a komunikačních manévrů, které nevědomě hrajeme nebo používáme ve společenském styku. Má práce je rozdělená na dvě části, část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám komunikací, manipulací, definicí her a komunikačních manévrů a nakonec rolemi, které se ve hrách objevují. Kapitola o hrách se opírá především o knihu Erica Berneho, Jak si lidé hrají. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum pomocí pozorování. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda se hry a komunikační manévry vyskytují v dlouhodobých vztazích a pokud ano, tak jaké. Dalším cílem bylo ověřit si, zda hry a komunikační manévry, vedou opravdu k výsledkům, které jsou nám známy předem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis called Manipulation games in relationship and communication deals with the issue of games and communication maneuvers which we unconsciously play or use in social intercourse. My work is divided into two sections theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section I deal with communication, manipulation, definition of games and communication maneuvers and lastly the roles that appear in games. The chapter about games is based especially on Eric Berne's book, Games People Play. In the practical section, the research was conducted through observation. The aim of the research was to detect, whether games and communication maneuvers occur in long-term relationship and if so which ones. Another objective was to verify, whether games and communication maneuvers really lead to outcomes that are known to us in advance.
