Abstract:
V první řadě bych se ráda věnovala historii trestu a trestání mladistvých. Poté bych ráda porovnala Českou republiku s jinými státy a porovnala problematiku kriminality mladistvých. V neposlední řadě veřejnosti přiblížím zákon o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže.
Abstract:
First of all, I would like to devote myself to the history of the punishment and punishment of juveniles. Then I would like to compare the Czech Republic with other countries and compare the issue of juvenile delinquency. Last but not least, I will bring the law on juvenile justice to the public.
