Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopravní obslužností obce Starkoč a přilehlých obcí. Popisuje základní legislativu, která značně ovlivňuje fungování celého systému obslužnosti území. Na základě analýzy současného stavu zajištění dopravní obslužnosti daných obcí jsou v poslední části práce uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení situace a jejich vyhodnocení.

The thesis deals with the transport services of the village of Starkoc and the adjacent villages. It provides a description of the basic legislation that influences the performance of the service system in the region in a considerable way.
