Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je nemovitostní investování prostřednictvím amerických REITs. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s podstatou tohoto investičního instrumentu, jeho historickým vývojem, způsoby oceňování akcií REITs a metodami měření výkonnosti a rizika. Abstract:
The theme of this bachelor thesis is real estate investing through U.S. REITs. The aim is to familiarize the reader with the nature of the investment instrument, its historical development, valuation of REIT shares and performance and risk measurement methods.
