Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje procesům používaným v prostředí servisně orientované architektury (SOA) IT pro jeho řízení -- SOA Governance. Zabývá se důvody zavádění servisně orientované architektury jako východisko pro rychlé a efektivní zvládnutí dynamicky se měnících podmínek podnikání. Analyzuje vlastnosti služeb potřebných pro to, aby služba mohla být využita jako součást servisně orientované architektury. Pozornost je věnována knihovně ITIL a ITSM. V této bakalářské práci jsou popsány procesy podporované v rámci ITSM ve fázích návrhu služby, fázi přechodu služby do produktivního provozu a fázi podpory produktivního provozu služby. Dále je věnována pozornost procesu nepřetržitého zlepšování služby. Podrobněji se zabývá Referenčním Modelem SOA Governance a Vitální Metodou SOA Governance. Analyzuje procesy SOA Governance realizované ve fázích vývoje služby a ve fázi produktivního provozu služby. Poukazuje na přímou souvislost a vzájemnou závislost jednotlivých fází řízení životního cyklu služby servisně orientované architektury s fázemi řízení životního cyklu služby dle ITIL a na potřebu jednotného governance. V příkladu praktické realizace jsou uvedeny základní kroky implementace SOA Governance včetně časového průběhu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the processes which are used in the service oriented architecture (SOA) enviroment of IT for its governing -- the SOA Governance. That thesis deals with the reasons for an implementation of the service oriented architecture as a resource for fast and effective encompassment of dynamicaly floating conditions of an entrepreneurship. Further the thesis analyzes characteristics of services which are necessary for availing the service as the part of the service oriented architecture. The attention is paid to the ITIL library and ITSM. In that thesis are described the processes that are upheld within the ITSM in the service design phase, in the service transition phase to the productive operations and in the run-time phase of the productive operations of the service. Further is paid attention to the process of continual service improvement. Further the thesis deals with the SOA Governance - Reference Model and the SOA Governance - Vitality Method in more detailes. The thesis analyzes processes of the SOA Governance feasible in the service design phase and in the service run-time phase. The thesis adverts to direct realitonship and synergy between individual phases of the service life-cycle governing of the service oriented architecture and the service life-cycle governing in accordance with ITIL and further adverts to the need of the integrated governance. There are pointed out the basic steps of the implementation of the SOA Governance including the time progress in the example of the practical realization.
