Motivation of public administration employess

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace zaměstnanců ve veřejné správě. Motivace zaměstnanců v prostředí veřejné správy je velmi důležitým tématem. Práce zkoumá motivace zaměstnanců a související vybrané oblasti v případě územní samosprávy. Nejdříve jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s problematikou a poté jsou charakterizovány vlivy, aspekty a nástroje motivace v prostředí veřejné správy. Tyto vlivy, aspekty a nástroje jsou poté analyzovány v prostředí územní samosprávy a následně jsou vyhodnoceny a shrnuty výsledky a navržena doporučení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee motivation in public administration. Employee motivation in the public administration environment is a very important topic. The thesis examines the motivation of employees and related selected areas in the case of local government. First, the basic concepts related to the issue are defined and then the influences, aspects and tools of motivation in the public administration environment are characterized. These influences, aspects and tools are then analyzed in the local government environment and then the results are evaluated and summarized and recommendations are proposed.
