The Issues of Violence from the Commercial Security Industry Worker Point-of-view
Abstract:
Cílem práce je vyhodnotit zdroje, formy, následky násilí v restauračních a obdobných zařízeních, kde je zajišťována ochrana prostřednictvím pracovníka průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Specifikovat násilí v tomto prostředí. Analyzovat zdroje agrese, její důvody a formu realizace včetně zákonitostí. Rozebrat problematiku vzniklé škody pro zúčastněné s možností její kompenzace.
Abstract:
The objective of this work is to evaluate the sources, forms, consequences of violence in restaurants and similar equipment, where is the protection secured through the commercial security industry worker. Specify violence in this environment. Analyze sources of aggres-sion, their reasons and forms of implementation, including laws. Parsing the issue of dam-ages involved with the compensation.
