Bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií spravedlivé války profesora Jeffa McMahana. Jádro práce spočívá v systematickém představení oné teorie s cílem poukázat na její takzvané revizionistické aspekty. This bachelor thesis deals with Professor Jeff McMahan’s just war theory. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the theory and to point out its so-called revisionist aspects. On the background of a traditional just war theory structure – categories jus ad bellum, jus in bello and jus post bellum – McMahan’s positions and conclusions are confronted with the relevant just war theory discourse.
