Electronic identification and trust services in electronic transactions in the internal market (eIDAS Regulation)
Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je nařízení eIDAS. Úvodem je zařazeno do kontextu a představeno jako součást legislativy Evropské unie. Následuje popis jeho struktury a právních účinků. Praktická část práce je věnována aplikaci nařízení na běžné životní situace a popisu vybraných problémů, které tato právní úprava může způsobit.
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the eIDAS Regulation. Primarily it is contextualised and introduced as a part of the European Union law. This is followed by the description of its structure and legal effects. The practical part of this thesis is dedicated to the application of the regulation on common life situations and the description of possible problems caused by this regulation.
