Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá likvidací banky, jakožto jednoho ze způsobů ukončení činnosti banky. Práce se nejprve obecně soustředí na vymezení banky jako finanční instituce, na důvody, způsoby a možnosti pro ukončení činnosti banky. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with liquidation of the bank as one of the ways of termi-nating the bank's activity. Firstly, the thesis focuses on defining the bank as a fi-nancial institution and on the reasons, ways and possibilities for terminating the bank's activities.
