Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížení tématu menstruace veřejnosti, a to popsáním symptomů a také stereotypů, které ženy v současnosti doprovázejí. Nemá sloužit k vytváření či prohlubování rozdílů mezi pohlavími, vznikla za informativním účelem. Součástí je také výzkum zaměřující se na motivaci a výkon žen v různých fázích menstruačního cyklu.
