Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku související s daňovými úniky a zachycuje období od 90. let. Popisuje druhy daňových úniků, daňový systém a legislativní úpravu daňové oblasti České republiky s návazností na právní normy Evropské unie.
Abstract:
The work deals with problems of the tax evasions and captures the period since 90s. Describes the kinds of tax evasion, tax system and legislation regulation the taxation area in the Czech Republic with a link to the legal standards of the European Union.
