Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na řízení před soudem prvního stupně, navazující na přípravné řízení trestní. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda současná právní úprava ovlivnila rychlost řízení před soudem prvního stupně u vybraných druhů řízení, dle původního záměru zákonodárců. This diploma thesis is focused on proceedings before the court of first instance, following the preparatory criminal proceedings. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the current legal regulation has affected the speed of proceedings before the court of first instance in selected types of proceedings, according to the original intention of the legislators.
