Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se soustředí na Facility management v hotelnictví s cílem posoudit činnost technického úseku v hotelovém provozu vlastními zdroji či outsourcingem s přihlédnutím k výhodám a nevýhodám externí správy budov.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on Facility management in the hotel industry in order to assess the activity of the technical department in the hotel operation by own resources or outsourcing, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of external building management.
