Abstract:
Diplomová práce obsahuje především poznatky o totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu a následné rehabilitaci po implantaci. Zabývá se dopadem operace na funkci a svalovou sílu m. quadriceps femoris a možnostmi, které mohou sval pozitivně ovlivňovat. Poukazuje především na využití neuromuskulární elektrické stimulace jako možného prostředku ke zvýšení svalové síly a zlepšení funkce.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis especially contains knowledges of total knee arthroplasty and consecutive rehabilitation after implantation. It deals with impact of operation on function and muscular strength of quadriceps femoris muscle and options which could positively affect aforementioned muscle.
