Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat manažerský problém v organizaci Bohemians 1905, a.s. a předat představenstvu klubu doporučení pro volbu strategické varianty způsobu řešení daného manažerského problému. Ke správné formulaci problému bude nutná analýza současné situace vč. jejího zasazení do strategického kontextu a nalezení příčin vzniklého problému. The aim of this thesis is to analyze a management problem in the organization Bohemians 1905, a.s. and submit recommendations to the board of the club for strategic choice options how to solve the management problem.
