Předkládaná bakalářská práce přináší výsledky kulturně-historické analýzy nálezů z kuchyňského smetiště ze 16. století objeveného ve dvoře malé kvadratury Minoritského kláštera v Brně. Pozornost byla zaměřena především na výpovědní možnosti kuchyňského odpadu ve vztahu ke každodennímu chodu konventu. The following bachelor's thesis presents the results of a cultural-historical analysis of findings from a kitchen midden from the 16th century discovered in the courtyard of the small quadrature of the Minorite monastery in Brno.
