Bakalářská práce se zabývá průběhem malolaktické fermentace a její vlivem na analytické a senzorické parametry vína. The Bachelor thesis is focused on the course of the malolactic fermentation of white wines and its impact on the analytical parameters and sensory properties of final wine.
