Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnotit, zda je z ekonomického pohledu vhodné provést rekonstrukci hotelu společnosti Fenit s.r.o. Metodika práce bude obsahovat metody finanční analýzy a postupy vyhodnocení účelnosti investičního projektu. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate whether it is economically appropriate to reconstruct the hotel of Fenit s.r.o.
